Job Title : Corporate Development Manager Scope of Role: Facilitate senior management decision making process for to build long-term, sustainable growth for the Bank. Support the process with research and analysis, management of strategic projects and development of strategy papers. Key Responsibilities/Challenges: Support strategic and annual corporate and business planning to achieve the company China¡¯s growth and revenue ambitions. Market&Business Analysis - Research and identify emerging industry and consumer trends, competitive developments, growth opportunities for the China business and key threats which may impact the Bank Scenario and outcome planning including financial modeling Develop performance metrics, track performance and determine performance improvement measures to support business and corporate growth Management of projects, project timelines and budgets etc Development of strategy papers, presentations and reports Selection Criteria: University degree Experience in corporate development, strategic corporate planning and development or business consultancy an advantage Strong analytical skills and number cruncher, including a proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese and good presentation skills Effective interpersonal and cross group collaboration skills Meticulous, with a keen eye for details Highly independent but a team player Enthusiasm and drive to work in a flexible, fast-paced work environment ÁªÏµ·½Ê½£º .
