职位类别： 质控/安检 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-14 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： Job Objective : To be quality lead on assigned projects to help achieve overall quality, delivery and cost objectives; perform supplier assessments and audits; improve supplier quality systems and product quality controls through quality assurance programs; manage supplier performance; implement quality processes, and various continuous improvement initiatives toward establishing a world class supply base; provide best service to various UTCFS buying sites worldwide. Major Responsibility 1. Develop, gain agreement for, lead implementation of supplier quality assurance and guidelines in conjunction with UTCFS global sourcing and supplier strategies. 2. Lead the implementation of processes and tools to qualify suppliers and products in accordance with UTCFS requirement. Deploy and execute UTCFS SQM, Q+ and ACE at suppliers. 3. Establish and supervise quality assurance activities e.g. product dispatch audits, periodic supplier audits, drive and validate effective root cause analysis and correction for supplier quality issues. 4. Develop and implement supplier performance management system, include supplier internal and external ppm, on time delivery and CAR performance 5. Assist in supplier development activities based on the quality performance, supplier audit rating and supplier strategy, including quality and ACE tools training, supplier EH as well as hands on facilitation and improvement at supplier side. 7. Talent Development Candidate Requirements : Education : A recognized bachelor degree or above, engineering or technical background is preferred. Job related certifications: (preferred) Six-sigma green belt or black belt, ISO9000, QS9000 auditor Work experience : A minimum 5 years experience, preferably multinational corporation, with at least 2 years in quality control or quality assurance or manufacturing engineering or continuous improvement related responsibilities in a manufacturing or sourcing/supply chain or auditing role. Additional skills : Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin; Analytical, proactive and able to foster effective working relationships with business units, suppliers and colleagues; Preferred working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, VSM, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Lean and quality systems including ISO9000 and QS9000/TS16949; High business ethical standards 联系方式： Email: hr_sh@fs.utc.com .
