Good communication skill. Fluent in English(verbal and written). Responsibilities: Report to Operation Manager and supervise in-house production and process engineering. Continuously improve and optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment in production. Lower converting costs. Produce according to plan and on time. Ensure HSE standards and worksite discipline. Work with Quality function to ensure good online quality and lower scrap rate. Strictly follow instructions of SOP, quality and engineering requirements. Help to investigate quality problems and implement corrective actions. Enforce 5S on the floor. Manage the team of the subordinate people, including recruiting, training, compensation and incentives, performance evaluation, COTs, and other related issues. Control overtime work and labor efficiency strictly. Keep good condition of equipment, tooling, gauges, etc. Maintain good record of maintenance, reparation, using, and other required logs. Streamline the process flow. Set process or equipment parameters. Work with Application Engineering and other technical people to introduce new product production technology. Design or delegate equipment and tooling layout, configuration and specifications. Approve the request on the purchase of replacement parts and tooling.
