Location: Haimen, Jiangsu SUMMARY: This position is responsible for managing Live Production maintaining low operating costs, encouraging high morale in employees and farm families, ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies, and maintaining safe conditions and a positive image in the community. Other requirements include supervising the breed mix and feed and growout programs of the Breeder/Hatchery Manager, supervising the activities of the Broiler Growout Manager as related to the Feed and Medication programs and grower relations, and supervising the activities of the Live haul Department to coordinate scheduling with Broiler Growout and producers. Other responsibilities include supervising the maintenance of several company vehicles, and working with each department on specific problems such as grower performance, egg production, and feed milling. Other duties include attending to employee concerns, conducting weekly management meetings, and performing other responsibilities as the need arises. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Requires broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field normally acquired through four years of college resulting in a Bachelor"s degree or equivalent. Experience: 6 plus years. Computer Skills: Requires elementary computer skills and Microsoft.
