Support EAME pepper breeder on evaluation of germplasm or lines in local ecology. Coordinate communication on China market information between PM and EAME breeder. Support EAME breeder on inbred line and hybrid development as per planned. Support EAME breeder on the management of products and breeding program by SPIRIT and PMD system. Communication and cooperation with breeders, farm managers and technicians on agronomic operation. Communication with EAME pepper breeder.
