Position: Sales Director (Beijing) Report line: General Manager Responsibility: The overall responsibility is to lead the sales team to obtain the company’s target Orders. From a day to day perspective lead the sales team in its activities and take active part in all tenders prepared, presented and negotiated with customers. Be responsible for his own sales project as well. Secure that the company’s rules and regulations for quality, technical standard, commercial conditions and pricing is followed in all tenders prepared and during negotiations of contracts with customers. Organize the team of people in the sales department in an efficient way to optimize the use of its human resources and skills. Be responsible for the long term planning of marketing and sales of COMPANY’s processes and products as well as contracting of the same up to turn key delivery excluding civil works. Initiate and carry through development of the departments skills by internal and external training of its personnel Monthly report marketing and sales activities of the department Annually prepare a budget for the sales and the cost of the marketing and sales activities. The Sales Director shall annually prepare a report of the last year’s activities, result and cost of the department.
