Working Experience: Be familiar to concrete industry. Min. 5 y ears’ sales and marketing experience in concrete industry. Or, If not in concrete industry, background in grinding aids producing and sales industry is acceptable. But the chemical education background is absolutely necessarily. Competence : Analytical capacities, global thinking. Effective working procedure. P roject ma nagement . Good presentation, organization skills, social competence. Good negotiation skills, good feeling for people. Competence to lead projects and customer activities. Team spirit, good communicative skills. Be excellent in English communication. Main Responsibility : Liaisons with Sika AG, TC, Regions in China and other related functional departments about the business of grinding aids. Driving business development of products for grinding aids national wide. Be responsible for market analysis towards its size, target customers and competitors. Support BU Director to develop its market strategy, sales budget and business plan. Assist BU Director for its pricing, positioning. May l ead project contract negotiations on top of market developments and business opportunities. Setting up meetings with appropriate contactors in business/government.
