ְλÀà±ð£º ¿Í»§·þÎñ/¼¼ÊõÖ§³Ö ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-05-14 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 1-3Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Responsibilites: -CMM installation and short customer introduction in handling. -CMM relocation, maintenance and calibration -CMM Repair -Evaluating and resolving problem -Find, track and provide assistance in solving product defects -Offering feedback on future product development, features and functions -Provide customers with regular reports and feedback on their service requestd -Developing and maintaining relationship with customer -Answer technical questions -Specific interactions with customers and sales, marketing department -Adhere to all company policies, procedures and reports -Establish excellent communication skill -Making recommendations for customer service -Study further technical improvements -Endure tight deadlines and customer pressure -Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements: -Requires a bachelor"s degree in mechanics and electronics -Has 2 years of experience in customer service or in a related area -Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. -Able to travel frequently on domestic and international business trips -Good command of English, passed CET6 is preferred.
