Perform and document weekly planning of the carpool and arrange daily operations Ensure company are in good and clean condition and in line with the maintenance schedule. Manage the company cars repair issues including car-parking Prepare damage reports to insurance company and handle the necessary issues. Monthly report to the Senior manager of Business Operations Support Drive special internal and external guests Manage the company car registration process (car plates, inspection, vehicle purchasing tax, road maintenance fee) Deal with the local traffic management authority Qualifications&Requirements: General skills, personality traits: nice personality, kind to guests, Ready to help, good housekeeping, good work. Good driving skills, Solid technical skills in cars, good organization whom, when, where to drive, good orientation.
