To lead and plan daily operations staffing and equipment in order to better utilize staffing effectiveness and efficiency. - To lead and plan daily operations staffing and equipment in order to better utilize staffing effectiveness and efficiency. - To lead, plan, coach employees for the standard process which marked in center MOP and the required skills to ensure every post could provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
