职位类别： 生产/加工/制造 工作地点： 武汉 发布日期： 2008-05-13 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： 根据销售订单情况组织生产部全体员工、协调各部门共同完成生产工作，有效控制生产成本，保证产品质量，对设备和生产工作进行有效的监督和管理，对各项生产工作进行协调、调度与监督，保证生产的顺利进行以及产品按期交货。 1.根据订单情况制订生产计划，并将具体工作任务下达到各车间和班组，随之对其进行监督和指导。及时安排、处置各类突发事件，解决生产过程中的技术难题，协调生产过程中的各项工作，确保生产工作保质保量，按技术要求顺利完成；对生产部管理人员的日常工作进行安排、分配及监督，协调完成各项工作；定期召开生产协调会，保证生产部工作正常有序地进行； 2.严格执行生产安全管理制度，确保人身的安全和设备的正常运转；指导相关操作人员对设备进行安全、经济的操作；及时发现各类安全隐患，及时处理生产中的安全事故，并及时向领导汇报；定期对员工进行安全生产的教育和培训，增强安全文明生产的意识； 3.安排并指导各生产车间对基础数据的采集，及时分析、总结，用于指导生产工作；统计分析生产中的各项消耗，有效的降低消耗，控制生产成本消耗； 4.配合技术部门对生产过程和工艺进行不断的改进，优化和创新； 5.配合质保部门对产品质量进行监督和控制，增强生产人员的质量意识； 6.配合设备维护部门对生产设备进行管理； 7.采取适当的措施对生产人员进行激励，增强主观能动性；培养、选拔优秀人才；加强员工生产技能、提高员工工作效率；组织对生产部员工实施绩效考核工作； 8.协调生产部与客户、公司相关部门的关系； 9.公司交办的其他工作任务。 关键技能： 1．变压器相关产品的生产管理技能； 2．沟通技巧和团队领导能力； 3．良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。 应聘要求： 1．电气或机械专业本科以上学历； 2．五年以上变压器相关产品生产管理工作经验； 3．熟悉变压器知识，了解变压器生产流程； 4．熟悉质量管理以及安全生产管理体系； 5．具有生产管理、项目管理和团队管理技能； 6．优秀的沟通能力和组织协调能力； 7．良好的英语听、说、读、写能力 8．熟练使用Microsoft办公软件，包括Word, Excel 及Powerpoint； Main responsibility: Organize all production department staff and coordinate other departments to finish production work in accordance with sales order; effectively control the production cost, ensure the product quality and implement effective supervision and management on equipment and production work; coordinate, mobilize and supervise each production work in order to ensure the proper production progress and on-time product delivery. 1.Make out production schedule in accordance with order and arrange tasks for each workshop and section, and then supervise and instruct them. Organize and dispose emergent incident, resolve technical issues during production and coordinate each task within production in order to ensure high quality production and completion in according to technical requirements. Arrange, assign and coordinate daily work for management personnel within production department; hold production coordination meeting at regular time and ensure a smooth and proper production work. 2.Strictly implement safety management policy in production and ensure staff safety and good equipment operation; give guidance to operator to operate the equipment in a safety and economical manner; detect any potential safety matters on time, treat with safety accidents during production and report those issues to senior leaders; organize relevant safety production education and training for staff at regular time to enhance the sense of safety production. 3.Organize and give guidance to each workshop to collect basic data, analyze and summarize them to guide the production work; calculate and analyze each consumed unit in order to control the cost. 4.Cooperate with technical department to improve, optimize and innovate the production process and technics. 5.Cooperate with QA department to supervise and control product quality and enhance the quality oriented sense for production personnel. 6.Cooperate with equipment maintenance department to manage equipments. 7.Adopt proper measures to encourage production personnel and increase their initial action; train and choose personnel with good talent; enhance production skills and increase working productivity for staff; organize and implement the performance assessment for production personnel. 8.Harmonize the relation among production department, customers and relevant departments within the company. 9.Other tasks assigned by company. Key skills: 1.Skills on production management of transformer and relevant product. 2.Communicate skills and team leading ability. 3.Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. Requirements: 1.Electrical or mechanical major, university or above degree. 2.With minimum 5 years transformer and relevant product management working experience. 3.Know transformer knowledge and its production process. 4.Know quality management and safety production system. 5.Skills on production, project and team management. 6.Excellent communication and coordination ability. 7.Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 8.Skilled in using MS operation system and Office software including Word, Excel and PPT. 联系方式： .
