Identify the root cause of the issue and follow the aligned process to fix the issue. Work on all kinds of issues (including both break/fix and change request). Support SAP ABAP resources to determine the program logic and business process. Attend internal and external meetings to share the knowledge, key learning, ticket status etc. Contribute to the overall customer satisfaction. Requirement: - At least 5 years SAP FI/CO functional experience. - Consulting working experience is preferred - Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP. - Business application software developing experience. (Including system analysis experience) Experience&Qualification for SAP Technical/Functional positions Minimum five years of relevant Technical/Functional experience. Bachelor/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any relevant technical discipline Excellent communication skills (oral and written) both in English&Chinese are a pre-requisite for the above positions.
