Essential Functions: Increasing the awareness of the market in relation to the Company and its’ products. Increase ESC’s profile in the market place. Formulate plans and methods of attaining marketing (sales) goals. Formation of marketing procedure documents (weekly sales reports and promotional material etc) for onward transmission to the ESC Management. Other Responsibilities: Liaison with Clients, Engineers, Architects, Sub Contractors&Government Departments. Minimum Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Science. 3 years construction sales experience. Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills in Mandarin and English. Good understanding of construction basics and the ability to provide proposals for Company Marketing Plans.
