职位类别： 电子/半导体/仪表仪器 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-13 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 不限 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： 主要工作 PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY w 负责装置各仪表回路的安全稳定运行。 Be responsible for the safety and stability operation of each instrument loop in plant. w 参与培训资料、生产准备、 检修 等各类相关资料的编制。 Participate in weaving materials such as training materials, production preparation information, examination and maintenance information and other relative documents. w 在 改造阶段 对 OSBL 现场仪表、孔板、调节阀、变送器等各类仪表的安装进行确认是否安装正确。 Confirm the installation of site instruments, hole boards, adjustment valves and transmitters of OSBL is correct or not during plant rebuilding. w 在项目调试阶段，配合仪表工程师，实施各项调试计划。 During commissioning, assisting the instrument engineer to implement various commissioning plans. w 以安全、质量、低成本为目标，配合仪表工程师，对关键的控制系统调节阀以及易损件进行跟踪数据处理，对生产工艺运行支持。 Set targets on safety, quality and low cost, assisting the instrument engineer to deal with the tracking data of adjustment valves and vulnerable parts of key control systems and support production process operation as well as. w 落实 SECCO 的 HSE 各项工作。 Implement various HSE tasks set by SECCO. w 配合仪表工程师，参加系统 DCS 组态为其提供工艺技术支持。同时，与技术部门负责总体软件的 DCS 工程师保持联系。 Assist the instrument engineer in participating in system DCS modelling and provide process and technical input. Also, liaise with the DCS engineer who is based in the central technical team who is responsible for the overall software. w 能及时判断及时处理生产过程中出现的各类仪表故障。 Timely diagnose and deal with various instrument faults found in production. w 负责原始的岗位记录，并建立各项专业档案。正常运行后负责装置各类仪表运行情况的管理和跟踪记录 包括备件的落实情况。 Be responsible for making original post record and setting up various professional files. Also be responsible for plant instrument operation management and tracking record including spares fulfillment after normal operation. w 配合仪表工程师，制定装置的大、中、小修方案和检修开停工方案，并负责实施。 Assist the instrument engineer in the development of overhaul, repair and maintenance schemes, prepare maintenance start-up and shutdown schemes and organize implementation. w 负责装置正常运行后的技改、技措项目实施。 Be responsible for implementation of technical renovation and measures during normal operation. w 遵守 SECCO 各项规章制度以及落实 HSSE 的政策。 Comply with every bylaw and fulfilled HSSE policy. 经验 / 技能要求 EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENT w 具有化工仪表自动化专业相应学历。 University degree but focus on chemical instrumentation automatization. w 具有 4 年以上石油化工大型企业中的仪表维修经验，担任过至少 2 年以上仪表维护管理工作。 4+ years of instrument maintenance experiences in petrochemical industry, with 2+ years of instrument maintenance management experience. w 对行业生产、安全、技术等情况和要求有深刻了解。 Deep understanding on production, safety and technology requirements of the industry. w 善于协调并建立必要的人际关系和网络，具有出色的技术管理才能。 Be good at coordinating and establishing necessary personal relationship and network, and have good leading skills. w 需提供证明自己能力的业绩记录 Performance record. 联系方式： .
