With their fast development in China, our client is looking for Professionals for their Securities Services Dept. Job Title : Senior Client Service Manager, Securities dept. Location : Shanghai Scope of Role: In this role, you will manage the client service team in serving the client in order to provide client first class service and market information, and ensure to meet regulatory requirement on operations issue. The primary responsibility is to improving client satisfaction so as to increase overall market share/revenue of securities services China Responsibilities: Client Communication ? To keep abreast of changes (internal and external) affecting Clients and communicate such changes, along with impact analyses, on a pro-active basis, through newsflashes, market insights, operations guides and through other routine communication. ? To ensure that all reports meet client requirements and are sent as per determined frequencies. ? Complete RFP, service review/meeting and client questionnaires etc. Interact with other departments and divisions in the provision of a comprehensive response. ? Act as implementation manager for new account setup, asset transition (in/out) or new product implementation with clients to ensure the smooth processing and client satisfaction ? Ensure timeliness and completeness of regulatory, MIS and client reports ? Monitor client performance and conduct regular service review to enhance client satisfaction and operations efficiency. Manage Due Diligence visit with clients ? Lead client service related project to enhance client satisfaction and efficiency. ? Manage market survey to achieve market shares of Securities Services Market Information ? To provide updated market information to clients, internal departments and external parties, along with impact analyses, via Newsflashes, Market Insights, Market Updates, Securities Market Reports, etc., in a professional manner. ? To maintain updated market information databases for internal and external uses, e.g. the SIDs, SMRs and custody website. ? To establish and maintain close working relationship with the stock exchanges, clearing houses and regulators for intelligence and information management. ? To reflect clients" concerns on market changes to regulators in order to protect their interests. ? Account Administration/management ? To ensure that the Unit is subject to minimal operational risks Requirements: ? University graduate with a degree in finance, business or related discipline ? Relevant experience in client service or market information at securities companies and custodian bank etc, with a good understanding of the custodian services, fund administration/valuation, China equities market ? Good team player with strong communication skill and commitment. Able to maintain good relationship with clients and colleagues ? Strong Management/leadership skill ? Able to provide professional guidelines and advice to clients on operational issues as well as enhancing procedures and controls ? Able to work independently and effectively. ? Strong communication skill and interpersonal skill ? Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin 联系方式: .
