Job required qualifications: Male, age 28-36, Bachelor"s degree related to pharmacy or medical majors, more than five years product development and managemnt experience in medicine, medical accessory, medical appliance; more than 5 years of work experience in products Management, project Management or other related subjects( If the other ability is excellent, the age limit can be softened appropriately.); Fluent English communication ability; Manage products operation team, maintain and develop products, fulfill company sales objective; Make and execute the products strategic and plan, develop company business operation products mode; Project development, tracking and accomplishment. The Candidate who is with the below-mentioned will be considered firstly. With above 3-4 years of medical product management experience ,or over 2 years of team management experience, or familiar with products process, or with work experience in foreign company , or with foot care products knowledge or with products experience. Research the industrial development trend for the latest product, stipulating strategic program for product development. Stipulate, implement, supervise and summary product development plan. Stipulate and optimize related regulation and policies, supervise the implementation. High ability of leadership, judgment, execution, Team management, leading and development; Bearing high work pressure. Working hard, with strong responsibility, high independence, good communication&coordination, Quick-mind, strong ability of change management, and good team spirits. Strong push ability and Excellent communicate shills. Excellent product research and innovate ability, have the ability to master the direction of product development.
