职位类别： 其他 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-05-13 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Responsibilities : - Lead Test Lab team - Organize and schedule validation tests with Engineering department. - Organize and supervise analysis of returned field failures and provide possible root cause of failures - Give feedback and training to Engineering department. Assist in planning of tests and analysis of customer specifications - Work together with other location to improve existing tests and develop new ones - Responsible for release of test reports - Responsible to maintain the certification (ISO 17025) of test lab Requirements: - University Graduate in an engineering field, preferably Electrical or Mechanical. - Min 3 years experience as Manager of test lab in automotive area. - Excellent verbal and written skills in English language - Ability to operate within and contribute to a dynamic, fast paced office environment that frequently requires appropriate prioritizing and multi-tasked abilities. - Extensive computer literacy with ability to utilize full capability of software programs (Excel, Word, Databases and PDM systems) - Ability to interact well in a team environment and deal effectively with various levels of management and customer expectations. - Excellent interpersonal skills - Expert knowledge of quality assurance systems, especially ISO 17025 Exceptional communication skills 联系方式： E-Mail: Jamie@WingOnChina.com Jamiewingon@tom.com .
