ְλÀà±ð£º ¼ÆËã»úÈí¡¢Ó²¼þ/»¥ÁªÍø/IT ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ¹ãÖÝ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-05-13 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 1-3Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Key Responsibility: - Process incoming issues in terms of opening, routing and closing of the customer cases.. - Provide detailed description and investigation of the problem to assist the design support/design group in trouble-shooting and resolving the problem. - Deliver the resolution of the problem to the customer. - Screen the patches/loads with related departments and provide the updates to related departments regularly. - Provide 24 hours emergency technical assistance and support to recover customers¡¯ switches in PRC. - Provide technical assistance and project management for specific projects inside and outside the department on a per request basis. Requirement: - Bachelor¡¯s degree in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science - Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in the telecommunication industry in a technology position. Experience on NGN product is preferred. - Solid knowledge on NGN network architecture and related solutions, protocols. - Solid knowledge of ss7 and telecommunication network is a must. - Knowledge of UNIX, LAN, ATM, IP signalling is a must. - Must possess good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
