职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 广州 发布日期： 2008-05-13 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Key Responsibility: - Process incoming issues in terms of opening, routing and closing of the customer cases.. - Provide detailed description and investigation of the problem to assist the design support/design group in trouble-shooting and resolving the problem. - Deliver the resolution of the problem to the customer. - Screen the patches/loads with related departments and provide the updates to related departments regularly. - Provide 24 hours emergency technical assistance and support to recover customers’ switches in PRC. - Provide technical assistance and project management for specific projects inside and outside the department on a per request basis. Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science - Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in the telecommunication industry in a technology position. Experience on NGN product is preferred. - Solid knowledge on NGN network architecture and related solutions, protocols. - Solid knowledge of ss7 and telecommunication network is a must. - Knowledge of UNIX, LAN, ATM, IP signalling is a must. - Must possess good spoken and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
