The company is now seeking a leader for its China operation based in Shanghai. Job Responsibilities: Part of the company management team and report to The Board; Oversee the general management and daily function of the Chinese office; Prepare business plan for the company"s operations and review on a regular basis; Provide regular and timely reports to the Board; Promote Asia real estate opportunities to Chinese investors and secure investment by Chinese investors in company"s products; Product may consist of A single real estate asset 100% owned by the investing entity managed on the basis of a separate account by the Group; A single real estate asset owned by a joint venture between parties including investors / funds managed by the Group; Investment in a property fund managed by the Group via a capital commitment; Investment in an opportunistic vehicle / manner (i.e. private equity) via a capital commitment; Attract Chinese investors to invest in Europe or in the US; Provide and manage investment opportunities in China for investors from Asia, Europe and the US.
