To assist GMNC Manager to develop, maintain and report internal performance indicators 协助全国客户物流经理完成所有关于GCS / MNC 客户的业绩报告,并做出趋势、问题及指标。协助全国物流经理经理发展、维护和报告内部执行情况 Accountabilities Analyse and report monthly on DHL’s performance toward service standards for all GCS / MNC Group customers, together with consolidated actions for improvement 依据服务标准,每月分析报告所有GCS/MNC客户的业绩,并收集改进措施 Provide input to the GMNC Manager with regard to monthly performance and help to find out the necessary actions to ensure that DHL is meeting its service commitments to GCS/MNC Customers 针对月度业绩向全国物流经理提供数据,并协助找出必要的措施或改进方案以保障对GMNC客户的服务承诺 Assist in preparation of Annual Operating Plans and Quarterly Reviews, together with other analysis report as required, such as customer proposals, tender responses, presentations etc 协助准备年度作业计划和季度回顾,及其它要求的报告,演示文件等 Gather data from various sources design and consolidate reports for analysis to ensure standards agreed with customers are maintained 以各种渠道收集数据,设计汇集报告并加以分析,确保向客户承诺的服务标准的维护 Work with other departments under the instruction of GMNC Manager to develop areas of co-operations and/or collate data for our internal data warehouse 在全国物流经理的指导下和其它部门协作,对比内部数据库数据 Database integrity working with other functions ensure the correct allocation of Customer Account numbers to Manager Portfolios and territories so as to ensure quality financial and operational reporting 整合数据,与其它部门合作确保客户准确分类继而保证财务和作业报告的质量 Other areas of responsibility as the Country Global Account Manager may deem necessary 全球客户经理职责内的领域的必要协助 Provide a centralized point of contact for all GMNC global and regional requests in regard to tenders, RFQ’s and revenue reporting 为GMNC在全球和亚太地区范围内提供中心化的联络服务,如信息提供和收入报告 Analyse and report monthly on DHL’s performance toward service standards for all GCL / GAC Group customers, together with recommended actions for improvement 依据服务标准,每月分析报告所有GCL客户的业绩,并推荐改进措施 Develop reports to identify and/or measure trends, issues and opportunities for GCL Group customers 开发用以确认或分析GCL客户的趋势、问题和契机的报告 Develop reports to identify internal services issues, problems and opportunities for improvement 开发分析内部服务的问题和机会的报告,以求改进 Assist other staff in GCL and the region in identifying service improvements and responding to their requests for performance measurement reporting 协助GCL和大区内的其他成员,确认服务改进及回复报告要求 Incumbent has no direct reports and authority over country line and functional personnel. Nevertheless he/she must be able to demonstrate ability to influence decisions/actions 该职位无直接下属机构和向其汇报人员,但是他/她必须证明其能够影响决策/行动 Skills / Qualifications Excellent PC skills in major software (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) 熟练掌握办公软件, 如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Analytical with charts and massive data 具备分析表格和大量数据的能力 Strong in developing presentation material 擅长制作演示 Ability to work, think and deliver under pressure and tight datelines 能够在一定压力下工作 Proficient in developing and maintaining reports to measure key processes and indicators 精通开发和维护报告,以评估重要流程和指标 Minimum 2 years relevant experience 至少2年相关工作经验 Previous experience gained with DHL in the Operations / Services environment is preferred 有DHL作业/客服经验的优先 Bachelor degree, preferably with a degree in Business Management or a commercially orientated subject (e.g. Logistics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc) 本科学历,有工商管理或商务专业的学历优先,如物流,统计学,数学等 联系方式: 有意者请将简历发送至: dhlhohr@dhl.com .
