ְλÀà±ð£º ¼ÆËã»úÈí¡¢Ó²¼þ/»¥ÁªÍø/IT ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ÉϺ£ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-05-12 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 1-3Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ´óר ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º 1ÈË Ö°Î»ÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Responsibility: - Responsible for PC Software and Hardware installation including OS and applications, PC and different kinds of peripherals; - Responsible for software version control, patching, troubleshoot and bug fix; - Provide effective helpdesk assistance, training to users; - Agency operation support including meeting, pitch technical support; - Responsible for Hardware /Peripheral device evaluation, troubleshooting and maintenance; - Responsible for daily backup and monitoring status and escalate any problem to IT Manager or SSC core team for resolution; - User manual, IT policy compilation and update; - Regular meeting with IT Manager. Requirement: - Diploma+ degree, major in related area; - 2+ years in IT field working for MNC companies; - Proficient in network architecture and IT systems, intermediate knowledge of SAN and switching infrastructure; - Strong knowledge of DNS, WINS, TCP/IP and IP-related protocols; knowledgeable in IT security fields, say: maintaining firewalls and internet security, etc; - Familiar with VoIP, PBXs and telephon; - Excellent interpersonal, negotiation&communication skills; - Fluent in English, both written and spoken and presentation skills.
