Knowledge&Skills 知识技能 - Competent at using 3D design tools, especially SolidWorks software and Pro/Engineer. - Familiar with related industrial standards and regulations. - Strong in Project Management - Excellent communication and coordination skills - Can speak and write with English Fundamental Purpose 基本描述 Lead team to perform engineering and design work on products as required to develop desired performance features, improve reliability and enhance manufacturability. Acts as a key resource to solve main technical issues in the technology field. Appraises technological developments and investigates feasibility of new techniques. Manage engineering projects. Main Responsibilities主要职责 1 Lead prototype build activities, provide support for costing new projects. Create BOM. 2 Focus on mechanical structures and linkage design, also involving hydraulic system design and problem solving. 3 Originate layouts, concepts, parameters, and designs for new products and/or modifications to existing products. 4 Use mathematics, statistics, dynamics and other engineering disciplines for calculations of structural strength, power train analysis and performance predictions. Performs analysis as required to insure meeting product performance and reliability requirements. 5 Analyze product field performance and identifies opportunities to enhance quality, reduce cost, increase safety, manufacturing effectiveness and product value through design and process changes 6 Communicates with vendors where engineering interchange is required to develop specifications for components and processes. 7 Develops engineering specifications for materials or processes through research and/or supervision of tests programs. 8 Works with shop supervisors, production engineering and other function personnel during the course of design projects. 9 Project management and team management, defining and implementing steps to test and improve the effectiveness and reliability of individual. 10 Provides training and development on engineering standards and technical skills. 11 Identifies technical needs and recommends solutions to management. 12 Performs other duties, assignments, and special projects that may be required from time to time. Special Working Requirement特殊工作要求 Site visit to get feedback from users of products and recommends modifications related to the projects.
