ְλÀà±ð£º ÉÌÎñ/²É¹º/óÒ× Éú²ú/¼Ó¹¤/ÖÆÔì ¹¤×÷µØµã£º ¹ãÖÝ ·¢²¼ÈÕÆÚ£º 2008-03-12 ¹¤×÷¾Ñ飺 5-10Äê ×îµÍѧÀú£º ±¾¿Æ ¹ÜÀí¾Ñ飺 ·ñ ¹¤×÷ÐÔÖÊ£º ȫְ ÕÐÆ¸ÈËÊý£º Èô¸É ְλÃèÊö/ÒªÇó£º Responsibilities: - Identify, assess, develop and select suppliers for designated electrical or mechanical commodities. - Develop sources of supply in China to service Asian and USA manufacturing sites, assuring that products and services are delivered with quality, cost and delivery performance required by the Aerospace business. - Identify potential suppliers in the China electronics markets. - Assess supplier capability in technology, quality, process and delivery areas. - Work with the supplier quality team to implement supplier improvement projects utilizing six-sigma and lean techniques. Work with the supplier development team to coordinate development activities with new suppliers. Assure Honeywell sites are properly served by suppliers perform root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions for any delivery and/or quality problems. Manage supplier performance improvement plans. - Drive supplier quality, process delivery improvements. - Participate in all aspects of supplier contract negotiations. - Work closely with Senior Commodity Managers to develop sourcing strategy for designated commodities. - Ensure all supplier sourcing activities align with goals of the sourcing strategy. - Manage the RFQ (request for quote) process with both new and existing suppliers in support of supplier transition activities and new business sourcing activities. - Actively identify and develop areas of value creation within the supply chain. - Perform global market analysis for designated commodities. - Evaluate strategic Honeywell competitor supply management activities through business intelligence research; work with China leader to develop best practices for supplier management. - Work closely with value engineering teams to facilitate cost take-out activities with local suppliers. - Build strong, value-adding relationships with suppliers, internal customers and cross-functional departments. - Extensive travel to supplier locations, with some travel to the US required Qualifications: - Bachelor¡¯s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field and minimum of five (5) years related experience, or MBA and minimum of three years (3) related experience. - Professional certifications desirable (Green Belt, CPM, CPIM, CSFP, etc.). - Working knowledge of technical commodity requirements desired (electrical components or mechanical components). Ability to handle multiple customers and priorities with minimal supervision under challenging conditions. Capable of independently leading negotiations and influencing the supply base to achieve department metrics for cost, quality, and delivery targets. - Capable of leading and facilitating cross-functional teams consisting of transition project managers, development engineers and quality engineers.Strong strategic vision; able to develop a long-term strategy and lead a team to execute against this strategy. - Strong oral, written, and presentation skills in both English and Chinese. - Able to anticipate the needs of internal/external customers and able to proactively resolve any issues posing a threat to customer satisfaction. - Ability to work in a strong matrix environment is critical to success. - Ability to perform market analyses (SWOT analyses, five-forces analyses, etc.) and to report to upper-management with recommendations. Desired attributes: - Six sigma Green Belt. - MBA. - CPM / CPIM/CSCP. - Sourcing / Supply Chain Experience. - Aerospace Experience. - Previous experience in a multi-national company with distributed manufacturing locations.
