QUALIFICATIONS&EXPERIENCE Minimum Qualification on Bachelor degree in engineering Preferred Qualification on 1 + Commercial/legal related degree, training or knowledge 2 - 3 years in mechanical&process industry sectors and 1 year in procurement function KEY COMPETENCIES Knowledge and understanding of China electric power market Knowledge and understanding of electric power products Effective application of Company procedures Effective communication skills Effective negotiation skills Effective report writing Effective document management Good English and PC skills PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS Willingness to accept responsibility and chenlleage Motivation to work. Ability to co-ordinate teams Degree of mobility with need for presence at site and other locations.
