University degree in mechanical engineering, with 5 years working experience. 2. At least five years product continuation development, process improvement, process trouble shooting and procedure write and training. 3. Familiar with manufacturing equipment&jig maintenance and improvement. 4. Familiar with ERP system, SAP is preferred. 5. Fluent English in oral, read and writing. 6.
