Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor"s degree or equivalent* in Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, MIS or related discipline. Experience: Six (6) years related professional experience, in a face-to-face customer contact position. Management experience preferred. Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to negotiate with customers. Knowledge of Windows NT, EDI, internet, intranet FedEx systems, pricing, billing, invoice adjustment, and Sales techniques. Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written) if countries" first language is not English.
