Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor"s degree or equivalent* in Information Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, MIS or related discipline. Experience: Five (5) years related professional experience in systems analysis, engineering, or emphasis in shipping, billing or information exchange, including two (2) years of FedEx experience preferred. Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to negotiate with customers and planning. Knowledge of IMS (CHEERS, COSMOS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, EDI, TCP/IP, Internet, Intranet, Unix, Mainframe and windows/NT desired. Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written) if countries" first language is not English.
