Make appointment, arrange meetings. Arrange interface in visa application for international travel. Air ticket booking. Organize visitor’s invitation letter, hotel, transportation and agenda. Office management: absence/leave, IT equipment purchase, personal reimbursement control, equipment maintenance, meeting room and facilities management. Long term and short term driver management. Onboard /promoted/relocated/resigned Housekeeping monitoring and inspection. Contractor/supplier management. Regular purchasing and office consumption management. Third party payment handling Represent with Assistant to Head of P during absence Other tasks assigned by P management team members. Qualifications&Experience: At least vocational school/junior college graduated Good PC knowledge, good English in speaking and writing Relevant working experience is preferred. Good teamwork spirit and strong communication ability. Can solve the problem independently.
