The new products should meet both technical performance and cost target. 2) To provide necessary supports, prepare sufficient information regarding manufacture process for production team, testing for QC team during the production preparation stage, and customer line trial to get the product approval from customer during trial stage. 3) To provide application support for sales, field support to customer if necessary. 4) Coordinate with sales department to handle and solve customer’s complaint so that our products/service can meet customer’s full satisfaction. 5) Support factory to investigate abnormal batch cause 6) Guide and coach assistant to complete assigned work Requires : Prefer 3-5 years in related researching position or working experience with lab base in Can coating industry. Bachelor with Chemistry / chemical engineering major.
