Complementing their resort and hotel operations are wide selection of spas all over Asia . We are looking for highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join their team. The Job : Responsibility and accountability for the overall performance of spa units within the region. Oversees all activities associated with the pre-opening of new spa units, Involved in sourcing and identifying potential opportunities to expand the portfolio. Works in close partnership with the Spa Managers and Hotel General Managers/Owners of each spa and provides leadership for the overall performance of the properties. Responsible for driving revenue and profitability at all units within the region. Sales and Revenue Management: Focuses leadership team on building the property(s)’s top line revenue. Drives key customer relationships through personal involvement in the sales process ensures sales and marketing strategies are developed and executed against in all revenue producing areas. Sets expectation and holds sales team accountable for leveraging all above property sales engines Maximizing the return to the company and initiating independent activities when appropriate. Continuously promotes market share growth to ensure the financial health of the property(s). Financial Management: Oversees the annual operating budget including capital expenditures to achieve or exceed budget expectations for the property. Ensures successful performance by maximizing profitability and providing a return on investment. Encourages leadership team to identify opportunities to increase profits and create value. Operations: Sets expectation and holds spa leadership team accountable for implementing the business strategy and brand initiatives. Continuously challenges the team to improve operations. Ensures compliance with brand operation standards to maintain brand integrity. Human Resources: Sets expectation with leadership team to hire, develop and retain a diverse management team. Reinforces the need for strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership in the operation. Focuses on building team synergy to deliver results. Creates and sustains a work environment that embraces the brand cultures, ensures fair and equitable treatment and associate satisfaction to enable business success. The Person: Experience Minimum 10 years working experience, preferable in leading in international firm (Luxury, Services or FMCG) Previous working experience in Hotel/Spa/F industry is a PLUS. Skills and Knowledge Extensive knowledge of marketing concepts and sales strategies Ability to understand complex sales organization and corresponding sales processes Knowledge of revenue management and marketing strategies Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards Financial management skills e.g., ability to analyze P statements, develop operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning Ability to use strategic planning and product positioning skills to grow the business Ability to evaluate business trends, determine applicability to customer profile and modify business strategies accordingly Ability to creatively execute against the strategy and drive results; can originate and invent new ways to create a unique guest experience and maximize revenue Strong problem-solving skills; encourages new innovative solutions when appropriate Education or Certification Bachelor Degree (in Marketing preferred) or above or equivalent A pplications will be treated in strictest of confidence. www.access-people.com . 联系方式: Great opportunity!
