To develop and implement sales plans and strategies, penetrate new business deals and growing the business with existing clients. Business development planning for accounts in target set. Formulation of solution structure for clients based on their needs and encompassing Cash Management products and solutions which are often complex and specialized. Product demo. Pricing and procedural structuring of the deals. Provide feedback on customer needs to product management. Participates in client planning with Corporate Banking relationship managers to position and deliver the full range of Cash Management products/services and cross sell the trade products as a part of the overall client relationship. Guidance and direction from Head of Sales, Cash Management SELECTION CRITERIA Graduate with 4 - 6 years related experience. Computer literate Strong interpersonal skills and a team player. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
