职位类别: 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-05-09 工作经验: 不限 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 若干 职位月薪: 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求: Job Title: Education Specialist Working within the Central Development Organization (CDO), delivers instructor-led and facilitated learning solutions including instructor-led classes , workshops and other learning events related to the CDO software developer community; identifies local technical learning needs; designs, develops, maintains and supports effective learning solutions; manages the implementation of learning to achieve business results. Responsibility: Deliver existing and upcoming software development curriculum instructor led/facilitated courses. Proactively identify, prioritize and communicate technical&organizational learning needs across multiple Technology Groups&Business Units based on performance requirements. Design/supplement curriculums and learning roadmaps based on business requirements and audience analysis. Ensure curriculums meet clients business requirements, and evaluate courses for learning effectiveness. Lead the assessment of project requests to identify project scope, timelines and costs. Design, develop and maintain effective learning solutions using structured and formal instructional design methodology for the software development communi ties in China and globally. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Operations, HR, and other learning organizations towards accomplishing goals. Identify other interventions required in addition to or instead of learning to improve performance. Drive community-driven learning including conceiving, driving or facilitating live local events, synchronous and asynchronous learning. Manage vendor relationships including technical delivery evaluation to ensure excellent service delivery. Project management and influence peer learning professionals (including instructional designers, facilitators, logistics and operations support personnel) to meet learning community needs. Build and manage relationships with community subject matter experts and management to create and/or review content to fill gaps in offerings to meet learning/performance needs. Manage implementation of learning solutions including classroom setup and classroom lab/test management. Coach partner presenters/instructors to increase instructional and delivery effectiveness and quality Skill and Experience Minimum 4 - 8 years Product Development and Test engineering experience on Cisco or related networking hardware/software Proven experience designing/delivering curriculums in technical areas such as product design, product development, product test, or networking preferred . Experience leading high quality technical training projects to success Excellent analytical and consulting skills, as well as great attention to details Knowledge of ISD, ADDIE and other formal instructional design models Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding, global corporate environment Demonstrated ability to build and manage open and collaborative partner relationships with technical organizations Ability to communicate at the management, director&VP levels. Extremely strong verbal, written, and graphic communication abilities familiarity with the local culture as it relates to learning styles and expectations fluency in the local language(s)/dialect(s) ability to work independently with remote management support across time zones Bachelors Degree (technical area such as EE or CS preferred) or equivalent education and experience Preferred: - Graduate degree in EE/CS - Instructional Design / Technology, or Performance Technology or equivalent education and experience. - Post-graduate working in instructional design or education psychology a plus. - Training/certification in Performance technology a plus. - Training/certification in networking technologies a strong plus. 联系方式: alice.wu@zhaopin.com.cn .
