职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 深圳 发布日期： 2008-05-09 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位月薪： 1000-50000元/月 职位描述/要求： Job Title Program Specialist Working within the Central Development Organization (CDO), works with technical instructors and vendors to insure the successful delivery of instructor-led and facilitated learning and events related to the Cisco Engineering community; identifies local technical learning needs; supports effective learning solutions through scheduling, logistics support and vendor management; manages the implementation of complex learning projects to achieve business results ; quickly and efficiently responds to client requirements; effectively manages communication and metrics related to the business value of learning for the China engineering community. Responsibilities: Di stributing monthly training calendar to appropriate e-mail aliases and other communication mechanisms (portal, etc) Managing Enrollment: filling seats in announced classes (class registrations) by polling managers on an on-going basis based on their requirements/committed to training programs. Work closely with San Jose based logistics team to set up classes in EMS registration system Metrics management including data gathering, validation of data accuracy and formatting for communication (tables, charts, etc) Help manage classrooms (coordinate with IT in set up, etc) and course materials Market training Initiatives on an on-going basis including announcements, reminders, etc. Vendor logistics support: coordinating training dates, resolving issues regarding registration, timing, facilities, instructors, printing, invoicing, etc. Keep track of learning costs and charge backs Answer local questions on Engineering Learning’s offerings Keep local Engineering Learning Portal up to date and seek feedback for ongoing improvement Provide local facilitation&support for live events including Virtual Classes, Nerd Lunches, etc. Lead the assessment of project requests to identify project scope, timelines and costs. Demonstrated Skills/Experience: Self starter, proven effective working independently with remote management and peers in a fast changing, fast-paced environment Excellent organizational / multi-tasking skills Strong oral communication skills including ability to kick off and wrap up events, work with groups of students in a classroom setting and work with multiple remote sites on coordination and support of live events Project management skills: organizing resources, reporting progress, anticipating issues and communicating/working to resolution in a timely&cost effective manner on multiple projects simultaneously Proficient with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word Proficient at written and spoken English Fluent in native language of target learner population and vendors Experience working with training teams in facilitating live events Experience creating and distributing internal marketing materials (announcements, updates, reminders, etc) Experience working with partner vendors in delivering services Preferred: familiarity with Cisco and/or Engineering Learning products Preferred: experience facilitating and acting as MC for live events.
