Drives strategic initiatives and provides solutions to complex problems faced in the Coronary/Peripheral business by partnering with sales management and cross-functional teams. 2. Acts as a facilitator of communication between the sales leadership team, other functional areas, and senior management. Partners with sales leadership on sales force communications, including monthly updates to the field and senior management. 3. Develops and analyzes sales force driving metrics and behaviors in order to provide strategic recommendations that will assist in driving sales force productivity. Partners with sales management on the development/execution of regional business and territory planning that drives business results. 4. Partners with marketing/Product Management Department in relation to strategic account segmentation initiatives, product launch plans, and alignment of the marketing strategic plan. 5. Coordination of communication, inventory requests and metrics to maximize inventory management. 6. Directly supervises one leadership development rotational program participant. This is inclusive of managing the performance, giving feedback, coaching, and developing the incumbent. 7. Develops and analyzes metrics to monitor and communicate performance of the organization to sales leadership on a regular basis. Provides recommendations for the development of action plans for areas/regions/territories that are not performing. 8. Drives the development of materials for quarterly and annual reviews within the Sales Organization and to Medtronic Senior Management. 9. Participates on cross-functional teams that are responsible for sales force efficiency/effectiveness and continuous improvement change initiatives. Obtains and provides feedback from the perspective of sales management. Helps drive performance to stated team objectives. 10. Partners with the sales training organization on the review, development and deployment of new sales training strategies. 11. Partners with Finance organization to leverage technology and reporting capabilities to disseminate sales information efficiently and effectively. Articulates sales business requirements/needs to Finance organization in support of improved informatics and reporting; provides feedback/guidance on formatting and timing associated with reporting based on the needs of sales leadership. 12. Liaisons with business partners in HR and other appropriate teams to structure sales total reward and recognition programs and ensure they meet the established goals of the business (i.e. commission plans, contests, promotional criteria, performance management, development, etc). Partners to ensure effective communication of these programs. Requirements: 1. experience in management of multi-stores. Understand the store daily sales operation procedure and training. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Demonstrated excellence in project management skills. 4. Exceptional analytical skill using a variety of system platforms and tools. 5. Exercises tact, discretion, and judgment in accordance with legal, ethical, and financial standards. 6. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence across levels and functional areas of an organization. 7. Excellent utilization of business acumen to drive business results, policies and procedures. 8. Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or Marketing and MBA. 9. Minimum of 5 years of business experience in finance, sales, marketing, or related field. 10.
