Specific responsibilities include: Support incoming quality assurance (IQA) operations; Supplied materials escaping defects data collection, analysis, and reporting; Timely review, analysis, and the disposition of Non-Conforming Material. Responsible for creating, issuing, and closing of Supplier Corrective Actions, ensure that all root cause analysis reports and all corrective action plans are sufficient, implemented and effective. Work closely with suppliers, customers, and a variety of support teams including engineering, materials, and business teams to resolve customer issues. Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying Quality System Performance Metrics, Analyzing data collected, preparing continuous improvement plans, and implementing improvement plans. Travel to suppliers to discuss and initiate corrective action and follow-up. Manage resolution of complex technical quality issues with suppliers and engineers, through persistent communications and creative teamwork. Participate in supplier quality audits, capability mapping and CTE Audit/ Site Visits. Identify and verify Process Changes and Improvements the supplier has implemented in their production lines. Champion Supplier Line Feedback into MCAR, Supplier Alert, Rootcause Analysis and Issue Closure. Build and manage supplier relationship. Requirement： 3-5 years of quality experience. Good at written and verbal communication in English. Bachelor degree or above in Chemical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering, Quality, Statistics, or related areas. Must have excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as ability to effectively interact with internal and external suppliers. Computer literacy skills using Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are needed. ASQ certification in CQE preferred. Knowledge of Network&Cellular infrastructure products preferred. GB, BB is a plus.
