职位类别: 客户服务/技术支持 工作地点: 上海 发布日期: 2008-05-08 工作经验: 5-10年 最低学历: 本科 管理经验: 否 工作性质: 全职 招聘人数: 1人 职位描述/要求: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1、Visit the Key Account on a regular basis to guarantee a smooth and trustful relationship 2、Handle and solve claims and complaints from the Key Account (if any) and follow up to research and consent with the Key Account accordingly 3、Internal communication (contact window from Key Account to operation) for all shipment related matters to ensure a reliable and contenting service to the Key Account 4、Provide the Key Account with quotations in line with the Global, Regional or Local contract agreements 5、Create sales leads as well as to follow up these with overseas offices 6、Prepare reports as to the request by the Key Account for Global / Regional and Local Schenker offices in the demanded format if requested 7、Establish and maintain a constant exchange of information with the Global / Regional KA Management 8、Develop and implement SOP (Standard Operational Procedure) when a Key account is set up and to update and maintain the SOP at any time according to the client’s demands 9、Be in charge of monitoring and collecting the outstanding accounts of the client and to notify the status to the senior management accordingly 10、Handle and effectively reply to tender requests of the key account coming in locally or by Regional/Global key account management.
