职位类别： 质控/安检 工程机械 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-08 工作经验： 不限 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Position: Quality Assurance Location: Shanghai Responsibilities: 1) Review, maintain and update the Quality System Manual - Qd&Qe (working manuals/handbooks) 2) Business process integration and harmonization 3) Quality system audits and improvement coordination 4) Quality reporting and review 5) Customer quality: - Customer complaint coordination (Technical Error Report TER) - Product liability&recall coordination, as applicable 6) Change management - Coordinate engineering change management process, internally (between factory unit, Centre of Excellence/Development Centre, etc) and externally with customers/sales organization as applicable. - PPAP coordination with sales organization/customer for change management Requirements: 1) University level engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar competence otherwise acquired. Qualified ISO internal auditor is preferable. 2) Work independently is prerequisite, person to be mature and good leadership profile 3) Good business sense, leadership, planning, organizing and analytical skills 4) Good communication skills and interpersonal skills 5) Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin 6) Computer literacy in Microsoft office and Lotus Notes 7) Practical experience in leading quality improvement activities/projects 8) In-depth understanding of quality management tools 联系方式： We offer competitive remuneration, benefits, training and development opportunities to the right candidates.
