To ensure accurate and timely issue of financial report To ensure that the entities comply with the financial policies KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise daily operation of CBS accounting functions for CCI and CCBJ. (Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Treasury, Tax) Verify vouchers input and post to general ledger (AR, AP, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Treasury…) Be responsible for balance sheet reconciliation Perform CBS accounts reconciliation, Account changes explanation of CBS accounts, Trial balance analysis of CBS accounts Work with entity to provide support as required on Sarbanes-Oxley work and coordinate for internal audit project Develop , document and update finance policies , and monitor execution of internal control policies within the entities Management of 4 accounting staff, coaching and development, performance evaluation Process improvement QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree or above Min. 4 years Corporate working experience At least 1-2 years senior experience Foreign company experience background.
