职位类别： 金融/银行/保险/证券/投资 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-08 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Job Duties: l To provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to Head of TSC (Trade and Supply Chain), including meeting coordination and reports preparation, files and correspondence management, phone and appointment management, travel arrangement, and other administrative issues l To act as the single contact point and provide full logistic support to TSC function-level projects and events l To provide guidance to department Admin Assistant and help to ensure efficient services and support when required for special projects l To organize and provide logistic support for external / internal events l To arrange and schedule itinerary for visits of senior management from the group l To coordinate for IT requisitions / compliance issue / trainings within the whole TSC functions l To complete ad hoc tasks as requested Job Requirements: l University graduate l 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a multinational corporation. At least 2 years’ experience in a supportive role to a business head or general manager is preferred l Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision l Detail mindset oriented, values initiative and responsible attitude l Good organizing and planning skills l Dynamic interpersonal skills and strong team player l Strong command of spoken and written English and mandarin l Good skills of using computer applications, office equipments and technology.
