Key Accounts and Projects Consultant Analyze customer¡¯s requirements, and recommend appropriate business and service solutions, with primary focus on collaborative communication systems. Make presentation, RFI and RFP according to customers¡¯ requirements. Cooperate with service delivery managers to define and deliver services. Implement application software in a variety of computing environments, test, and train customers to use efficiently. 2. Research and Analysis Keep on monitoring and analyzing competitors¡¯ latest product, service and technical information. Keep well informed about conferencing technical developments, new application and new products. Investigate consumer habits and application requirements thereby make case studies of appointed industries. Desired Qualification&Experience: 1. BS or above in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business or academic equivalent 2. Good presentation or consulting skills, technical sales or IT support working experiences will be a plus. 3. Excellent English communication skills, especially in reading and writing. CET6 or equivalent. 4. Excellent analysis and problem solving skills and ability to learn quickly. 5. Self Motivated, Thorough, and creative. 6.
