Work with supplier to complete new gage design if needed. Prepare part review form (PRF) of new component and distribute the PRF to supplier. Solve the technical issues during PPAP submission by working with Project engineer and suppliers together. Set up design transfer meeting with the supplier for the NPD team. Follow new component PPAP status and report to the project manager on a regular basis. Provide on site quality training for existing/new suppliers to improve their quality capability.
