职位类别： 金融/银行/保险/证券/投资 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-08 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 是 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Job Duties: To support Senior Manager, Compliance Review and Monitoring to provide review and monitoring of HBCN’s business to obtain a reasonable assurance that they are operating in compliance with the Regulations and Group compliance policy, which include: l Analyze and identify proper compliance risk indicators related to significant regulatory requirements, test suitability of selected toolkits, initiate system development requirements and coordinate project management to enable proper establishment and maintenance of the compliance risk monitoring system ; l Assist regular compliance risk assessment for branches/business functions independently. Design/refine compliance risk assessment methodology. Ensure timely reporting of risk assessment results and on-going monitoring of action plans by b ranches/departments/functions to address high risk factors ; l Ensure timely follow-up of all compliance related recommendations raised by regulators, internal auditors, compliance reviews, self-check reports and exception reports ; l Arrange, coordinate and document regular communication between compliance and other departments/functions ; l Provide system query support for onsite reviews to facilitate risk based sampling, and help ensure all significant compliance risks have been identified and are appropriately controlled by branches/business functions ; l Provide system query support for other teams of compliance function ; l Other tasks concerning monitoring and review of compliance risk.
