职位类别： 金融/银行/保险/证券/投资 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-08 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 1人 职位描述/要求： Job Duties: l To assist TSC (Trade and Supply Chain) Compliance Executive to control on compliance related matters in all the TSC offices across the nation l To assist Compliance Executive to implement and ensure that all TSC offices across the nation are in compliance with the requirements and guidelines set out by the local regulatory (PBOC, SAFE, CBRC etc.). l To assist Compliance Executive to provide advice/ update on local compliance issues to TSC management according to the rules and regulations set by the local authority. l To continuously process in enhancing trade compliance related control and monitoring mechanism to ensure no repeat breaches l To assist Compliance Executive to conduct/ provide local compliance related training to staff l To visit and conduct random compliance review/ checks for branch TSC offices l To optimize rapport with the local regulators Job Requirements: l Bachelor degree in law, economics or finance related discipline l At least 5 years working experience in related field preferably in bank industry, regulatory, law firm or audit firm l Fluent in verbal and written English, strong communication and interpersonal skill l Mature, quick learner and able to multi- task, adopt changes in a fast paced environment l Analytical, independent, attention to details l A plus with trade products knowledge and related operational matters/ procedures l Willing to travel 联系方式： We do not just offer jobs, we offer opportunities for people to growth and develop.
