Skills Required: University graduated with at least 1 year of working experiences in a junior HR position. Familiar with basic labor regulations and social benefits structure in PRC. Administrative/support working experience is preferred English in speaking and writing is a must with at least grade 4. Proficient in MS applications especially Excel. Strong customer service skills and professionalism. Independent, meticulous, decorum, out-going and able to work under pressure. Immediate availability is preferred Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with FESCO / CIIC with all staff filling, social benefits, pricing and regulation issues. Provide HR service support to internal staffs. Review and update staff records, e.g. training, leave, attendance, overtime; Ensure timely and accurate changes to employee data, which includes processing of new hires, terminations, and employee status changes. Basic bookkeeping to support accounting dept. for account payable and receivable issues. Assist in screening CV and scheduling interviews. Communicate and interact with clients and vendors in a professional, positive and courteous manner. Handle general office operational and daily administration duties. Answer telephone calls and other support duties.
