职位类别： 财会/审计/统计 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-07 工作经验： 1-3年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Key Responsibilities a) Verify that the financial reports prepared by the clients" companies under the Chinese GAAP; b) Reclassify the financial reports prepared by clients from Chinese GAAP to IFRS or to other country"s GAAP; c) Periodically visit clients" company, check the accounting documents of the company and assess the internal control system of the clients; d) Issue an audit report after each visit in English, illustrate the problems found during the visit referring to accounting, taxation, internal control as well as management and provide constructive advices to the clients. Critical Qualifications/Experience a) Self-motivated person with excellent oral and written skills in both Chinese and English; b) Bachelor degrees or above, CPA qualification preferred; c) A minimum of 8 years working experience, including 3-5 years audit experience in Foreign Invested Enterprises, especially manufacturing companies; d) Strong communication and high report writing skills; e) Availability to travel to the nearby cities; f) Flexibility to work in a small company environment; g) Past experience as an accountant in a manufacture FIE preferred. 联系方式： Interested candidates may send resumes (both in Chinese and English) at the attention of Mr. Paolo Valente.
