Decide website operation objectives and define short, medium and long-term objective for the website development. Decide the income source of the website, including follow-up, organize and coordinate major operating plan of the website, tracking the marketing development and adjusting strategies whenever necessary. Coordinate works from every other department, build and cultivate an excellent operation team, responsible for column writer recruitement. Promote and assure the objectives are fulfilled successfully and in due time, submit the website operation periodical summary Requirement： Bachelor degree or above major in Business Administration or Marketing 3 years or above experience in IT industry for operation and team management.
