职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 上海 发布日期： 2008-05-06 工作经验： 3-5年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： Description Design and develop NPI Hardware platform for Global and China Video market Modify and localize digital and mixed signal electronic circuits in security technologies for both China and Global market; Review design specifications for critical functional characteristics; Create circuit design that satisfies the design requirements. Analyse and simulate the performance of the design for the application; Verify that the design meets Design for Manufacturability and Testability guidelines and achieves the cost and reliability targets. Coordinate the layout, assembly and testing of the prototype assemblies. Complete the functional and environmental qualification of the assembly; Release the design for production; Provide technical support to commercial team and customers. Qualifications BSEE or MSEE; Strong analog design skills with 3 years minimum experience; Strong technical problem solving skills ,Be able to drive open technical issues to closure; Experience with the circuit tools(PCAD is preferred), be proficient designing in high noise environments and harsh environments; Familiar with PTH and SMT printed circuit board fabrication and assembly processes; Proven ability to lead design from concept to release to manufacturing; Ability to communicate in English. Sound Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) knowledge; Experience with switch power converter design.
