Analyze product problems and prepare technical reports Monitor the compliance with guideline for repair processes and operation of equipment Advice on use of information sources Conduct intensive diagnosis training in bodybuilder premise. Carrying out mandatory service and repairs on MB - CV at the customers" site Advising/supporting customers in respect of technical problems Conducting customers talks Developing of requesting work instructions Instructing in respect of use of the information media Verification the stock of approved service products Introduce the MB trucks briefly to customers, teach them how to correct use the truck and trouble shooting Technical training for body builders, PM, San Yi and so on Make training course in accordance with the existing problems of the dealers Support and solving technical problems Specifying customer complaint Tools/special tools needed for the task Consulting relevant technical literature Preparing field service report Determine necessary spare parts Debriefing, discussion and analysis with superior Monitoring the level of training of service personnel of dealership and customer Pre-delivery inspection (PDI) of newly arrived MB CV and brief training At portside At customers" site Workshops Ongoing self training regarding MB - CV new vehicle technology&developments as well as WIS /EPC/DAS Systems. Attending technical and non-technical training courses Qualifications&Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical/electrical in automotive field At leas 2 years on-hand work experience in automotive or engineer repair High level maintenance, service and repair Capability to handle detailed description and analysis of varied test results Ability to operate most auto maintenance apparatus and keep them in good conditions Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office applications Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirits A high level of communication&time management skills A high standard professionalism and presentation Ability to cope with stress 联系方式： Application Procedure: This job is regular.
