To develop a strong sales and customer support team and implement best practices to give customer value-for-money services. To establish and maintain strong rapport with existing customers. To establish new customers and expand market shares in the region. To provide market intelligence, market statistics especially on competitors" strengths&weaknesses and their movements. To strive to be the first choice of supplier to any customers. To review, analyze and report sales performance periodically (monthly, quarterly) against set budget and recommend corrective action to improve performance in the ensuing period(s).
