职位类别： 计算机软、硬件/互联网/IT 工作地点： 北京 发布日期： 2008-05-05 工作经验： 5-10年 最低学历： 本科 管理经验： 否 工作性质： 全职 招聘人数： 若干 职位描述/要求： This position is for a senior sustaining hardware engineer for Air Transport&Regional and Business&General Aviation TCAS and Transponder products as a technical support member of a fast-paced team-working with Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Assurance, Customer&Product Support, factory and key personnel. Position Responsibilities: Coordinate with customers, factory and field personnel to troubleshoot and determine root-cause and corrective action for out-of-box failures and 1st year rejections from major OEMs (Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, Cessna). Implement design changes as project engineer: generate as necessary Notice of Change documentation required by the major OEMs, Change Orders and Service Action Utilize Six Sigma tools and statistical data to modify existing designs to realize improved reliability, performance and reduced cost. Provide engineering support for factory conformity issues Participate in the weekly OEM customer meetings as required Participate and support New Product Development and Value Engineering initiatives Competent in using all Honeywell Web-based databases related to technical publications, field rejections and reliability, configuration and change management. Qualifications Candidate must have a Bachelor"s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Candidate must have 6+ years experience in a product development role Candidate must have expert competency in analog and/or digital and/or RF circuit analysis, troubleshooting,&design Desired/Additional Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus Communication, Navigation, Surveillance systems and domain/product knowledge is preferred Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, DFSS certifications desirable Language fluency in both Chinese (preferred) and English, including written and spoken 联系方式： If you are interested in this position, please Click Here and submit your application.
